These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Otika online store and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

PRODUCTS AND USE
Our ear-cleaning kit is intended for gentle, external use on the outer ear, strictly as directed on the packaging. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for medical advice. Do not insert the tool deep into the ear canal. Stop use if you feel pain, bleeding, dizziness, or discomfort, and consult a healthcare professional if you have an ear condition. Children must not use the product on their own; an adult must supervise and operate it. Keep out of reach of children. Product images are for illustration and may vary slightly from the actual product.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

ORDERS
We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or incorrect delivery details. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Delivery, replacement, and refund terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Otika is not liable for any injury or loss caused by misuse of the product or by use contrary to the instructions and safety information provided. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

GRIEVANCES
If you have any complaint, email us using the details below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malappuram, Kerala.
